ABOUT ROCK KENDALL
Rock O. Kendall
Rock Kendall earned the juris doctor degree at Western State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law by both the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court Central District of California. Since 1999, Mr. Kendall has focused his practice to serve clients of all ages and throughout California, who have a suspended or revoked California driver license allegedly due to lack of skill or medical conditions. The formal part of his work is before individual hearing officers at the DMV's Driver Safety Offices. The nature of his DMV attorney work also requires a significant amount of personal legal counseling both before and after such hearings. See Rock's DMV Frequently Asked Questions page for more information about his work as a DMV lawyer.
Rock Kendall is a director on the board of the Orange County Bicycle Coalition, and serves as its principal attorney. Since 1996, he has served as a volunteer attorney at legal clinics at a battered women's shelter through a program developed by the Orange County Bar Association and the Public Law Center of Orange County. Aside from his work as an Orange County DMV lawyer, Mr. Kendall is a volunteer usher at the Orange County Performing Arts Center; and a volunteer instructor of the AARP Eight-Hour Mature Driver Improvement Course in Laguna Woods, California.
